 Pleasant Ridge Neighborhood Watch is a program to help sustain the integrity, safety, security, and way of life for Pleasant Ridge residents and business owners. The purpose of the program is to educate and inform residents about personal safety, protection of property and keeping Pleasant Ridge a safe and comfortable community to live and work in.

Pleasant Ridge Neighborhood watch enlists the participation of Pleasant Ridge residents in cooperation with Pleasant Ridge Police to prevent crime and assist neighbors that may be in need.

 

WHAT DOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH INVOLVE?

· Knowing your neighbors

· Good Observation Skills

· Reporting Suspicious Activity

· Signing Up For Emergency Notifications

· Implementing Basic Crime Deterrent Techniques Into Everyday Living (locking doors, turning on porch lights at night)

 

WHO CAN BECOME PART OF THE ORGANIZATION?

Any Pleasant Ridge Resident or business owner that wishes to participate in the program
